FAQ

  • The Gen 2 Mini Zine Machine stands about 18” high with an 8”×8” footprint, perfect for a checkout counter. It has a max capacity of 75 zines.

  • Yes! As long as they fit the size specifications, you can vend zines of your own choosing. Retailers can also purchase zines from Zine Machine at a wholesale rate.

  • We provide vending tokens customized for our machines, which you can sell from your POS.

  • Our rental package includes everything you need to vend zines at your location:

    • Mini vending machine, specially customized to vend zines

    • Branded vending tokens

    • “Starter pack” of Zine Machine zines

    • Cardboard vending sleeves (reusable/recyclable)

    • Zine Machine branded signage and displays

    • A ZM handbook with tips, tricks, & ideas for engagement

    Optionally, retailers may purchase additional Zine Machine zines at any time for a discounted wholesale rate.

  • We provide a live training session as part of our onboarding process. We also provide a reference handbook with specs and usage information.

    We are available for troubleshooting calls and will replace or repair faulty equipment if necessary.

  • Zine Machine rental packages start at $100/mo. Setup fee and refundable damage deposit not included. Please reach us through the waitlist form for more information on packages and pricing.
